baby refuses to drink milk

my baby is only 3 months and 2 weeks. lately he seems to have no appetite to drink milk. at each feeding, he would struggle or play with the tip of the teat and refuses to suck. he only drinks willingly when he's drowsy. he has weaned from milk at night and so i'm worried he's underfed.he only drinks about 22 oz per day. Help mummies!!
