Happy to found out that i am pregnant again after missed abortion(empty sack) on Aug 2011

Just check at nearest clinic early this morning that i am pregnant.i was very happy but at the same time felt unsure. Because on Aug 2011 i did a D&C procedure due to missed abortion (no baby inside the sack) and i am worried that it will happen again. Today i found out that i am 6 wks pregnant according to the doctor.my last period is on 22 Nov 2011.
