Danone Dumex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Danone Dumex”) realizes the importance of privacy and we will keep your personal information confidential.

1. Members’ personal information

We will collect your name as per your identity card, preferred name, identity card number, contact number, residential address, e-mail address, birth date, gender, occupation, and your child's information such as name and birth date when you register for membership on this Site.


Your personal information disclosure is important because it is utilized to present goods and services that may suit your needs and interests. Once you finish the registration process, you will qualify for all privileges as a member of this Site (“Member”), including special offers from Danone Dumex. Should your private and personal information be stolen, hacked, lost or damaged due to accident or by any means not caused by the errors or omissions of Danone Dumex, you agree that Danone Dumex shall not be liable for any loss or damages incurred thereto.

5. Amendment and deletion of personal information


Members can amend, update, and adjust personal information by personally by using their username and password anytime they wish. We may ask for your e-mail address in order to update your information.


If you forget your login name and password, you may go to the main page or member registration page and click on “Forget Password.” The program will bring you to the Forget Password page. You will need to type in the e-mail address used in registration, and the program will send your login name and password to your registered e-mail address automatically.


If you indicate that you want to receive information about our products and services, we will send you an e-mail about the products and services in which you have indicated an interest. If, at any time, you do not wish to receive any news or information from us, please indicate in your personal setting that you do not wish to receive any particular information.
